Mr. Ravi, a qualified business management graduate from XLRI, as well as a Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant, laid the foundation for Buildcraft and initiated Gypboard dealership operations in 1988. By 1993, his strategic acumen propelled him to become one of the largest dealers of Gypboard in the industry. Under his leadership, Buildcraft extended its dealership to include reputable brands such as Herman Miller, Hunter Douglas, Milliken, Saint Gobain Gyproc, USG Knauf, Promat, Euroclean, and many others.
Mr. Ravi’s prowess extends beyond merely increasing turnover year-on-year; he has also excelled in building and expanding an efficient team over the past three decades. His tireless efforts, commanding personality, and adept resource management, continue to inspire those around him. In its distinctive manner, Buildcraft takes pride in growing alongside the principals it represents – from flooring to ceilings, lighting, partitions, furniture, and beyond.
Ms. Chitra, a management graduate, is deeply passionate about education and serves as the Director of EZVIDYA (now known as Chrysalis), India’s foremost educational research and innovation organization. Leveraging her expertise in conceptualization, storyboarding, and instructional design, she adeptly crafts dynamic products and services that meet the highest international standards of curriculum.
Ms. Chitra’s commitment to excellence has led her to participate in numerous international training programs and conventions, including Project Zero—an esteemed event organized by Harvard University exclusively for educators. She has also showcased her knowledge and insights by presenting a program on the effective use of technology in K-12 curriculum for one of India’s largest satellite channels.
Her dedication to advancing education and her ability to innovate within the field have established her as a respected figure in both national and international educational circles.
Mr. Narayanaswami holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Annamalai University, Chidambaram. With over four decades of extensive experience in the civil engineering field, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role.
Mr. Kumar established himself as a distinguished architect in Chennai and gained recognition throughout the country for his exceptional skills and innovative designs. His expertise propelled him to international prominence, leading him to relocate to Singapore to represent TL & MR across large parts of Asia.
